Browse Data
The Browse page is where all our climate data and models live. We currently host gridded datasets repackaged in cloud-native Zarr file format, as well as data from sources like OasisHub and NASA.
How to find the data you want
Option 1: Search Bar
Use the search bar to type in keywords, names, authors, or organizations related to the data you seek.
Option 2: Filters
Use the Filters menu on the right-hand side to sort by any of our available categories:
- Location: If you know the Country, City, State / Province, Country, Zip Code, Latitude & Longitude, or Geohash of data you wish to find. (You can also use the map below the Filters menu to select available data by location).
- Category: We currently support searching by Weather, Temperature, CO2, Precipitation, Humidity, Forecast, or Hurricane (You can also search by all at the same time)
- Date Range: If you know the specific dates or have an idea of the time when the data you seek was created, you can sort using our dropdown calendars
- Skill Score: Skill scores are quality ratings algorithmically assigned to each piece of data in the marketplace, created by academics and scientists. Sorting by skill score is similar to searching for 5-star restaurants. If you want data with only the highest skill scores, select a rating of 5 stars. If you prefer to see everything available, feel free not to select any stars from this section.
- Licenses: Use a license filter when you know exactly which types of licenses the data you seek is or is not associated with. Know you’re looking for data under Creative Commons Attribution? Check that option. On the contrary perhaps you know the data you’re looking for is definitely not under Creative Commons Attribution. In that event, you can search by “Other” and check that box instead.
Applying Filters
Don’t forget to click the “Apply filters” button when you’re finished with the selection!
Clearing Filters
To clear any selected filter options, click “Clear” next to the name of the filter you wish to reset or click the "X" next to filter in the active Filters overview. Then click on "Apply filters" to activate your changes.
